RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to feel confident in your skin and your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of skincare, we cannot accept returns on used items for hygiene reasons.
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@velissegroup.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
